To be considered as a presenter for the HHP/CA Annual Conference, please complete the session submission form in its entirety. A confirmation copy of your submission will automatically be sent to the email address provided. If you do not receive a confirmation email, your submission was not successfully completed.

Please note that companies submitting educational sessions must participate in the conference as either a Gold or Silver Sponsor in order for their proposal to be considered.

HHP/CA does not provide speaker honorariums. Please do not submit sessions if the speaker requires financial compensation. Selected presenters will receive complimentary conference registration; however, all travel, lodging, and other related expenses are the responsibility of the presenter. The 2027 conference will take place April 30 – May 1, 2027 at the Indian Wells Resort Hotel in Indian Wells, CA.

To complete your submission, please be prepared to provide the following information:

• Session Title

• Three Learning Objectives
  In order for attendees to receive Continuing Education (CE) credit, the State of California requires a minimum of three (3) learning objectives. Learning objectives must relate to direct patient/client care, indirect patient/client care, or the practice of hearing aid dispensing. Course content may not focus primarily on the promotion of equipment, devices, products, or services from a specific publisher, company, or corporation. • Session Description
  We encourage presenters to share practical knowledge and consider incorporating interactive elements such as hands-on activities, case studies, demonstrations, or panel discussions. Educational sessions should be informative in nature and may not be presented as sales or marketing pitches.

  Please provide the following for all presenters, including panel participants:
• Full name

• Email address
• Mailing address
• Biography
• Speaker photo
• Secondary Speakers
  All secondary speakers must be submitted to HHP/CA no later than January 15, 2027, for final approval.

This deadline is important especially due to California’s CE submission deadlines.  HHP/CA must submit ALL SESSIONS at once; therefore making this deadline important.
